Our  Mission

digital-banking-bank-procredit-points
We are a development-oriented commercial bank. We offer a quality service to small and medium-sized companies and private clients interested in saving. Our operations are based on several essential principles. We value transparency in communication with our clients, we do not promote consumer credit, we strive to reduce our ecological footprint, and we provide services based on both an understanding of the situation of each client, and solid financial analysis.
In our operations with business clients, we focus mainly on small and medium-sized companies, since we are convinced that they are the ones that generate employment and contribute significantly to the economies in which they operate. We aspire to foster a culture of savings and financial responsibility by offering simple accessible services, and dedicating numerous resources to financial education. Although our shareholders seek to obtain a sustainable return on their investment in the long term, their objective is not to obtain the maximum benefit in the short term. We invest heavily in the development and training of our staff, to create an open and efficient work environment, and to offer our clients an attentive and professional service.
